Any level of artistic confidence welcome. This is a guided journey for you with yourself, held energetically in circle. There is no pressure to share your creations - go deep into the body knowing for this trance like journey just like our ancestors would have - to move knowing from the dream world and wisdom from the intercellular web.

Your bones, your blood, your heart and hands all know how to make art. Not perfection, not a career, not an exact depiction or clear narrative - but a yowl and a spurt and a wild, wild mirror. This true art is where the healing begins.
