Service Description

Energy healing is a calming and balancing form of healing which promotes your own bodies natural healing capacity. This non-invasive technique works with the body and energetic field to clear away whats ready to move leaving you healthier and more centred. This is a detoxifying practice for your physical and energetic body. These healings can help with stress and anxiety as well as breaking down blocks or points of stagnation which may cause physical or energetic illnesses. I will be working through your chakras to balance and cleanse them. It is optimal to do a block of reiki sessions in order to allow the body to become used to the treatment, gain trust and dissolve imbalances in a gentle way, however a one-off session can be a brilliant boost or point of relaxation where much healing is done. You will also receive detailed notes and guidance on what’s come up within the sessions, to aid your integration and continued healing. The goal of my practice is to facilitate your own capacity for healing, good health and limitless ability to thrive. FAQ'S how does distance healing work? Distance healing works in the same way as in-person and you will receive the same kind of healing experience. If you are not in London, have limited time, are a busy parent or would feel more relaxed being in your own space this is the perfect option for you. What do I need to prepare? Ideally you will have a calm and uninterrupted space to relax in during your session but if this is not possible you will still receive healing. Having a gentle day post session is optimal and drinking lots of water to help integrate. To cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact 24 hours before the appointed time. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will mean you will be charged for an extra session.
